Research on Joint Simulation of the Auxiliary Brake of the Escalator Based on ADAMS and Simulink

摘要 当前自动扶梯附加制动器试验只能在现场整梯上进行,为了提高制动试验的便利性,降低实验成本,设计了一种附加制动器试验台,利用虚拟样机技术,对实际工况下的制动试验进行模拟并验证其可靠性。通过三维软件CATIA建立附加制动器试验台三维实体模型;然后,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立试验台的动力学模型,并进行制动器运动学和动力学仿真;基于此,在Simulink中搭建试验台控制系统,通过Adams Controls模块将动力学模型与控制系统模型组合建立联合仿真系统。根据自动扶梯制动工况条件,对其进行制动试验仿真,结果表明,该模型的计算结果与理论值较为一致,验证了试验台联合仿真模型的可靠性,其中不同工况条件下的仿真试验数据可用于改进试验台的结构设计。该研究成果可为附加制动器试验提供了高效可行的方法。 At present,the auxiliary brake test of escalator can only be carried out on the whole escalator.In order to improve the convenience of brake test and reduce the cost of experiment,this paper designed an auxiliary brake test-bed,and used virtual prototype technology to simulate and verify the reliability of the brake test under actual working conditions.Firstly,the three-dimensional solid model of the auxiliary brake test-bed was established by using the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA;then,the dynamic model of the test-bed was established by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS,and the kinematics and dynamics of the brake were simulated;based on this,the control system of the test-bed was built in Simulink,and the module of Adams Controls was used.The module combined the dynamic model with the control system model to establish a joint simulation system.According to the working conditions of escalator braking,the braking test simulation was carried out.The results showed that the calculation results of the model were in good agreement with the theoretical values,which verified the reliability of the joint simulation model of the test-bed.The simulation test data under different working conditions could be used to improve the structure design of the test-bed.The research results in this paper could provide an efficient and feasible method for auxiliary brake test.
