尿三针联合托特罗定治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Urine Three-needling Combined with Tolterodine in Treating Overactive Bladder

【目的】观察尿三针联合托特罗定治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效及安全性。【方法】将67例膀胱过度活动症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中,对照组33例,给予托特罗定口服;治疗组34例,在对照组治疗的基础上,加用尿三针治疗,取穴为中元、关元、双侧三阴交。4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗12周后,比较2组患者治疗前后膀胱过度活动症症状评分(OABSS)以及生活质量评分(Quality of Life,QOL)的变化情况,并评价2组的安全性及不良反应的发生情况。【结果】(1)治疗4、8、12周后,2组患者的OABSS评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在治疗12周后OABSS评分改善明显优于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗12周后,2组患者的生活质量评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组总有效率为97.06%(33/34),对照组为84.85%(28/33)。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)2组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】尿三针联合托特罗定口服治疗膀胱过度活动症,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性高,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of urine three-needling combined with tolterodine in treating overactive bladder. Methods Sixty-seven overactive bladder patients were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and treatment group(34 cases). Both groups received oral use of tolterodine,additionally,the treatment group received urine three-needling at Zhongji point(GV3),Guanyuan point(GV4),and bilateral Sanyinjiao points(SP6). Four weeks constituted one treatment course,and the treatment covered 3 courses. After12-week treatment,the changes in overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS)and quality of life(QOL)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results(1)After 4-, 8-, 12-week treatment, the OABSS of the two groups was improved(P<0.05), and the improvement in OABSS of the treatment group after 12-week treatment was superior to that of the control group atfter the same treatment time(P < 0.05).(2)After 12-week treatment,the QOL score of the two groups was improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in QOL score of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The total clinical response rate in the treatment group was 97.06%(33/34),and that in the control group was 84.85%(28/33), and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Urine three-needling combined with tolterodine is effective for the treatment of overactive bladder,can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and promote QOL,and is of high safety.
