全息理论综合疗法治疗更年期综合征的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Combining Therapy for Menopausal Syndrome Based on Hologram Theory

【目的】观察在中医全息理论指导下进行腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸综合治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。【方法】将符合纳入标准的60例更年期综合征患者采用随机分组法分为中医全息理论综合治疗组和普通针刺对照组,每组各30例。治疗组患者给予腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸综合治疗,对照组患者给予普通体针针刺疗法治疗,2组均隔天治疗1次,28次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗2个疗程后,观察2组患者治疗前后改良更年期综合征Kupperman评分、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)与血清雌二醇(E2)等性激素含量的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者改良更年期综合征Kupperman评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者血清FSH与E2含量明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30)。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)2组患者治疗前后血常规、空腹血糖、肝肾功能及乳腺、子宫和附件B超检查均未见明显异常。【结论】在中医全息理论指导下进行腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸治疗是一种治疗更年期综合征的有效综合疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy combining abdominal acupuncture, meridian hologram scrapping to congestion with foot moxibustion for treatment of menopausal syndrome under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) hologram theory. Methods A total of 60 menopausal syndrome patients admitted to inclusion standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group received the therapy combining abdominal acupuncture,meridian hologram scrapping to congestion with foot moxibustion,and the control group received common acupuncture treatment. Once every two days, 28 days constituted one treatment course, and the treatment covered 2 courses. After 2 treatment courses,the changes in modified menopausal syndrome Kupperman’index(KI)score,and serum contents of sex hormones such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results(1)After treatment,the modified menopausal syndrome KI scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the serum FSH and E2 contents of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The total clinical response rate in the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),and that in the control group was 73.33%(22/30). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)No abnormality was found in the routine blood indexes,fasting glucose,hepatic and renal function,and B-mode ultrasound imaging for uterus and appendix in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Under the guidance of TCM hologram theory, the therapy combining abdominal acupuncture,meridian hologram scrapping to congestion with foot moxibustion is effective for treating menopausal syndrome.
