宋银枝治疗慢性心力衰竭组方用药规律探讨

Study on Regularities of Prescription and Medication by SONG Yin-Zhi in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对宋银枝教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效门诊病案的方剂药物进行整理,并对药物的用药频次、四气五味及归经进行分析。结果共筛选得到150首处方,136味中药;使用频次居前23位的中药主要可分为活血益气温阳类、养阴生津类、理气健脾及利水化痰类;药物四气五味及归经分析结果显示,所用药物以温性及甘、苦、辛味药为主,药物主要归脾经、心经、肺经。分析结果提示宋银枝教授治疗慢性心力衰竭倡导从心脾论治,用药以活血益气温阳为主,依据其兼夹之病机,佐以行气、健脾、利水、养阴等中药。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System(V2.5)was adopted for the data collection of the effective formulae for the treatment of outpatients with chronic heart failure prescribed by professor SONG Yin-Zhi. And then the medication frequency analysis,and four properties,five flavors,and meridian tropism analysis were carried out for the herbs of the included formulae. The results showed that a total of 150 formulae and 136 herbs were obtained. The herbs with the medication frequency being or over 23 can be classified into the category for activating blood,replenishing qi and warming yang,category for nourishing yin to produce fluid, and category for regulating spleen and qi, inducing diuresis and resolving phlegm. The results of four properties,five flavors,and meridian tropism analysis showed that the medicated herbs are usually warm in the nature, sweet, bitter and pungent in the flavor, and have the meridian tropism to spleen, heart and lung meridians. The results indicated that professor SONG Yin-Zhi stresses the treatment for chronic heart failure from the heart and spleen,usually adopts the herbs for activating blood,replenishing qi and warming yang,and uses the herbs of activating qi, invigorating spleen, inducing diuresis, and nourishing yin for adjuvant therapy according to the complicated pathogenesis.
