“心与小肠相表里”理论内涵探析及临证应用

Exploration of Theory of Heart and Small Intestine Being Interior-exteriorly Related and Its Application in Clinical Differentiation and Treatment

从中医经典文献出发,结合现代医学相关研究证据,对"心与小肠相表里"理论之内涵及其临证应用进行探析。认为"心与小肠相表里"理论表现为心与小肠在经络循行中的相互联系、互为表里,在生理功能上的互相配合,在病理学上的互相影响。现代医学中肠道微生态与心血管系统关系的相关研究成果进一步揭示了中医"心与小肠相表里"的理论内涵,可为中医从小肠防治心系疾病提供更有力的理论依据,为临床采用中药、针灸等治疗心系疾病开辟新思路。

By reviewing the classical literature of traditional Chinese medicine and the achievements in modern medical research,the theory of heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related recorded in the Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine was further mined and its application in the clinical differentiation and treatment was explored.The theory of heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related means that the heart and small intestine are connected to each other in the meridian,and they interact with each other in the respect of physiological functions and they affect each other pathologically. The achievements in the research of correlation of gut microbiota with heart system diseases in the modern medicine revealed the theoretical connotation of heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related,which will supply powerful basic evidence for the prevention and treatment of heart system diseases from the small intestine,and supply a new approach for the treatment of heart system diseases with Chinese medicine or acupuncture.
