蓝光照射与白蛋白联合治疗新生儿黄疸的效果

The effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin on neonatal jaundice

目的:对蓝光照射与白蛋白联合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效进行分析和比较。方法:选择本院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿共计90例作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年4月至2019年4月,按照硬币法将这些患儿划分为蓝光照射组和联合治疗组,每组各有45例,分别采用不同的方法对两组患儿予以治疗,对两组患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果:蓝光照射组共计达到了80.0%的总有效率,联合治疗组共计达到了97.8%的总有效率,联合治疗组的总有效率明显高于蓝光照射组,两组比较经过检验P<0.05。蓝光照射组的不良反应发生率为8.9%,联合治疗组的不良反应发生率为6.7%,联合治疗组的不良反应发生率与蓝光照射组相比差异不显著,两组比较经过检验P>0.05。结论:在新生儿黄疸的临床治疗中采用蓝光照射与白蛋白联合治疗具有确切的疗效,而且具有很高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of blue light irradiation combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 90 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital were enrolled as subjects of this study.The time period was from April 2018 to April 2019.The children were divided into blue light irradiation groups and joints according to the coin method.In the treatment group,there were 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with different methods,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total exposure efficiency of the blue light irradiation group reached 80.0%,and the combined treatment group achieved a total effective rate of 97.8%.The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the blue light irradiation group,and the two groups were tested(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the blue light irradiation group was 8.9%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was 6.7%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was not significantly different from that in the blue-light group,and the two groups were tested(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of blue light irradiation and albumin in the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice has a definite curative effect and is highly safe.
