左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗心力衰竭的效果

Effect of Levosimendan and Qili Qiangxin capsule on heart failure

目的:对左西孟旦与芪苈强心胶囊联合用药治疗心力衰竭的临床效果进行分析和研究。方法:选择本院收治的心力衰竭患者共计90例作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间为2018年2月至2019年5月,按照硬币法将这些患者划分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组各有45例。采用左西孟旦对单一用药组进行治疗,采用左西孟旦与芪苈强心胶囊联合用药的方式对联合用药组进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果:联合用药组达到了95.6%的总有效率,单一用药组达到了80.0%的总有效率,联合用药组的总有效率明显高于单一用药组,两组患者相比P<0.05。联合用药组达到了15.6%的不良反应发生率,单一用药组达到了17.8%的不良反应发生率,联合用药组的不良反应发生率略低于单一用药组,两组患者不良反应发生率相比P>0.05。结论:在治疗心力衰竭的临床实践中应用左西孟旦与芪苈强心胶囊联合用药的方式具有十分确切的效果,而且具有很高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effect of combined treatment of Levosimendan and Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:A total of 90 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.The time period was from February 2018 to May 2019.These patients were divided into single drug group and combination group according to the coin method.There are 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with levosimendan,and the combination group was treated with levosimendan and Qili Qiangxin capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The combined drug group achieved a total effective rate of 95.6%,and the single drug group achieved a total effective rate of 80.0%.The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group,compared with the two groups(P<0.05).The combined drug group achieved a 15.6%incidence of adverse reactions,and the single drug group achieved a 17.8%incidence of adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was slightly lower than that in the single-drug group,compared with the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of levosimendan and Qili Qiangxin capsule has a very effective effect in the clinical practice of treating heart failure,and it has high safety.
