住院患儿家长情绪焦虑对治疗依从性的影响研究

Study on the influence of emotional anxiety of hospitalized children on treatment compliance

目的:探讨住院患儿家长情绪焦虑对治疗依从性的影响研究。方法:针对本院2018年2月至2019年4月前来本院就诊的住院患儿及家长,选择107例患儿家长作为本次研究的对象,研究组54例,对照组53例。对照组患儿接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上对患儿家属实施心理护理干预与健康宣教。护理1个月后比较两组患儿治疗依从性以及护理优良率以及家长SAS评分。结果:护理后,研究组患儿治疗依从度为98.15%,明显高于对照组;家长SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患儿护理优良率为96.30%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对住院患儿家长实施心理护理干预可以减轻患儿家长焦虑情绪,提高住院患儿治疗依从性,还可以提高护理优良率,有利于患儿恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of emotional anxiety on the treatment compliance of hospitalized children.Methods:A total of 107 children were enrolled in our hospital from 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital.The study group included 54 patients in the observation group and 53 patients in the control group.The children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group performed psychological nursing intervention and health education on the children's family based on the control group.After one month of nursing,the two groups were compared,the treatment compliance and the excellent rate of care.Results:The follow-up of the treatment group was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the excellent and good rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for parents of hospitalized children can alleviate the anxiety of parents and improve the compliance of hospitalized children.It can also improve the excellent rate of nursing and help children recover.
