血清生殖激素检查诊断多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的临床价值

摘要 目的:研究血清生殖激素检查诊断多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的临床价值。方法:选取2016年5月至2019年1月本院收治的52例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的患者作为研究组,将52例正常育龄妇女为对照组。应用全自动电化学发光分析系统,对研究组患者在不同月经周期实施催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)检测,与正常育龄妇女的检测结果进行分析对比。结果:研究组患者与对照组相比,在卵泡期FSH、E2更低,PRL、P、T更高;排卵期FSH、LH、E2、P更低,PRL、T更高;黄体期FSH、P、T更低,PRL、LH、E2更高;并且研究组患者的卵巢体积、卵巢总面积、髓质面积与对照组相比,均相对较大,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:血清生殖激素检查诊断多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的临床效果较好。
