摘要 为了减小加固显示模块在振动环境下产生的应力,提高加固显示模块的可靠性,建立了加固显示模块主体支撑结构的有限元模型。仿真分析了主体支撑结构的固有频率,以固有频率为目标函数,分析结构参数的灵敏度,选择灵敏度较高的结构参数进行优化设计。结果表明加强筋的结构参数对固有频率有显著影响。对优化前和优化后的两个加固显示模块进行测试,在同样的振动量级下,经过优化的显示模块的振动响应值明显低于优化前的显示模块。通过优化主体支撑的结构参数增加加固显示模块的固有频率,降低了其振动应力,从而提高了加固显示模块在振动环境下的可靠性。 In order to reduce the vibration stress of LCD stack assemblies and improve its reliability through the structural design and optimization,the finite element model of LCD stack assembly was established and studied. Then,the natural frequency of the major support structure was calculated,the sensitivity of the structure was analyzed and the structural parameters with high sensitivity was selected as optimization parameters. The results showed that the structure parameters of rib reinforcement had significant effect on the natural frequency of the LCD stack assembly. Thereafter the optimization with natural frequency of LCD stack assembly as objective function,and structure parameters of rib as optimization parameters was conducted and the optimized LCD stack assembly was obtained. Both the original and optimized LCD stack assembly were manufactured,and the random vibration test was implemented under the same condition. The test results demonstrated that the mean square root of acceleration of the optimized structure was much lower than the original structure. In conclusion,it is verified that the intrinsic frequency of LCD structure could be improved by changing its structural parameters,thereby vibration stress could be reduced and the reliability of LCD in vibration condition could be improved.
