摘要
多晶黑硅电池较传统酸制绒生产的电池效率有明显的提升。黑硅技术能很大程度地降低硅片表面反射率,从而增加了光的吸收,提升了太阳能电池的转换效率。反射率用D-8绒面反射仪测量,选取反射率为14.5%、16.5%、18.5%的三组电池片,比较绒面形貌和电池参数。实验结果表明:反射率为16.5%的一组短路电流明显高于其他两组,转换效率较其他两组高0.1%以上。
Polycrystalline black silicon has significantly improved the efficiency of the cells. The black silicon technology can greatly reduce the surface reflectivity of silicon wafers,thereby increase the absorption of light and improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells[1].The reflectivity was measured with D-8 velvet reflector,and three groups of samples with the reflectivity of 14.5%,16.5%,and18.5% were selected to be compared in the topography of the fluff surface and electrical parameters.The results show that the short-circuit current of the samples with the reflectivity of 16.5% is higher than that of the other two groups,and the conversion efficiency is also higher than that of the others.
