Key Factors and Influencing Mechanisms of User Emotion Evolution in Public Health Emergencies

【目的/意义】挖掘突发公共卫生事件中用户情绪演变的影响因素以及内在演变机理,为后续舆论情绪控制提供理论基础和实践指导。【方法/过程】以突发公共卫生事件"新型冠状病毒肺炎"为例,从情绪认知理论视角出发,运用文献综述和德尔菲法归纳总结影响用户情绪演变的因素,并利用模糊集理论-DEMATEL模型进行关键影响因素的识别。【结果/结论】确定八项用户情绪演变的关键影响因素,解析因素之间相互影响关系,构建用户情绪演变机理,为突发公共卫生事件的舆情控制提供可行性建议。

【Purpose/significance】To explore the influencing factors and internal evolution mechanisms of user emotions in public health emergencies,and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for subsequent public opinion emotion control.【Method/process】Taking the public health emergency"NPC"as an example,from the perspective of emotional cognition theory,the literature review and Delphi method are used to summarize the factors affecting the user’s emotional evolution,and the fuzzy set theory DEMATEL model is used to identify the key influencing factors.【Result/conclusion】Determine the eight key influencing factors of the user’s emotional evolution,analyze the interaction between the factors,construct a schematic diagram of the user’s emotional evolution mechanism,and provide feasible suggestions for emergency public opinion control.
