摘要
鼻咽癌(NPC)是发生于鼻咽黏膜的恶性肿瘤,近年来,外泌体在NPC形成进程中扮演着重要角色。NPC细胞释放的外泌体与肿瘤微环境相互作用,这些携带肿瘤生物活性分子的外泌体可以调控NPC发生发展的全过程。本文重点介绍NPC来源的外泌体参与肿瘤多种生理和病理过程,以及作为诊断疾病及预后的生物标志物和潜在治疗靶标的研究进展。
Recent studies have shown that exosomes may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). The exosomes released by NPC cells interact with the tumor microenvironment. The bioactive molecules in exosomes can regulate the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This article reviews the roles of NPC-derived exosomes in tumor physiology and pathology;its potential application as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis,as well as therapeutic targets for treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
