长期家庭氧疗联合综合康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的干预效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Long-term Family Oxygen Therapy Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析长期家庭氧疗联合综合康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的干预效果。方法选取2018年10月-2019年6月接收的104例老年COPD患者,随机划分成对照组、研究组。前者52例实施长期家庭氧疗,后者52例在前者基础上采取综合康复护理。比较两组肺功能指标、生活质量。结果干预后,两组一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、与一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)与干预前相比均增高(P<0.05),且研究组均较对照组高(P<0.05);两组COPD患者生活质量评估问卷(CAT)评分与干预前相比均降低(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对老年COPD患者实施长期家庭氧疗联合综合康复护理,可改善患者肺功能,有效提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of long-term family oxygen therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From October 2018 to June 2019,104 elderly patients with COPD were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.The former 52 cases were treated with long-term family oxygen therapy,the latter 52 cases were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the former.The lung function index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life assessment questionnaire(CAT)of COPD patients in both groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05),and and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Long term family oxygen therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the lung function and quality of life of the elderly patients with COPD.
