恩格斯法律思想的发展脉络——纪念恩格斯诞辰200周年

The Evolution of Engels’s Legal Thoughts

马克思和恩格斯共同创立了历史唯物主义法学。恩格斯为马克思主义及其历史唯物主义法学体系的形成和发展作出了独特的重要贡献。恩格斯关于法律问题的思考和论述贯穿其伟大的一生。恩格斯法律思想的发展脉络大致可分成四个阶段:一是青年恩格斯形成革命民主主义法律观的时期;二是19世纪40年代中后期历史唯物主义法学体系的形成与宣告时期;三是19世纪50年代到80年代初丰富和发展历史唯物主义法学的时期;四是19世纪80年代中期以后晚年恩格斯继续发展历史唯物主义法学的时期。在恩格斯诞辰200周年之际,我们重述其法律思想的发展脉络与核心要义,以此表达对他的深切缅怀和崇高敬仰。

Marx and Engels worked together to create the Marxist legal theory based on historical materialism.That is to say,Engels made unique and indispensable contribution to the establishment and development of Marxism and its legal system based on historical materialism.His thoughts and theorization on legal issues ran through his glorious life.The development of Engels’s legal thoughts can be divided into the following four stages.The first is the period in his early years when his revolutionary democracy-based view on law was formed.The second is the mid to late 1840s when the Marxist legal system based on historical materialism took shape and became publicized.The third is the period from the 1850s to the early 1880s when his legal theory was greatly enriched and developed.The last is the time from the mid-1880 sto the end of life when his historical materialism-based legal theory was further developed.On the occasion to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Engels’s birth,we pay homage to him by tracing the trajectory in the development of his legal thoughts and reviewing their significance.
