福州市生活垃圾分类现状调查及对策研究

Status and Countermeasures of Domestic Waste Classification in Fuzhou

城市生活垃圾分类有利于提高资源利用率,建设生态文明城市。采用实地调研法,对福州市13个生活垃圾分类试点小区单位的居民进行问卷调查和随机访谈,结果表明居民的分类意识与分类行为间存在悖离现象。结合福州市生活垃圾产生情况及末端处置能力建设情况,提出加大分类宣传动员力度、普及分类知识教育、完善垃圾分类设施与服务供给体系等政策建议,以促进福州市全面参与垃圾分类行为社会氛围的形成和维持。

The classification of municipal solid waste is conducive to improving the utilization rate of resources and building an ecological civilization city.In present study,questionnaire surveys and random interviews were conducted among residents of 13 pilot households in Fuzhou's domestic garbage classification pilot units by using the spot investigation methods.The results showed that there was a contradiction between residents'classification awareness and classification behavior.Considering the situation of domestic garbage generation and terminal disposal capacity in Fuzhou,it is recommended to increase the mobilization of classification and publicity,popularize classification knowledge education,and improve the waste classification facilities and service supply system,so as to promote the formation and maintenance of Fuzhou's full participation in the social atmosphere of waste classification.
