新时代我国小学卓越全科教师研究现状与反思

摘要 探索小学全科教师培养模式,培养胜任小学多学科教育教学需要的卓越小学教师已经上升到国家战略层面。在此背景下,小学全科教师教育成为研究的热点问题。当前,相关研究热点主要包括小学卓越全科教师培养的背景、内涵阐释、价值取向、教师素质结构、课程体系建构、职前培养模式、监控评价体系等。从总体上看,当前的研究需要进一步拓展空间,不断丰富研究视角和方法,提高研究质量。今后,宜围绕以下方面开展深入探讨:小学全科教师内涵式发展问题;基于"回归乡土"的课程体系与培养模式建构问题;国际成功经验与本土实践相融合的路径问题;监控评价体系的建构问题。 To explore the training mode of primary school general teachers and cultivate excellent primary school teachers who are competent for the needs of primary school multidisciplinary education and teaching has risen to the national strategic level.Under this background,the education of primary school general teachers has become a hot issue,Relevant research hotspots mainly include the background,connotation interpretation,value orientation,teacher quality structure,curriculum system construction,preservice training mode,monitoring and evaluation system,etc.on the whole,the current research needs to further expand space,constantly enrich research perspectives and methods,and improve research quality,It is necessary to carry out in-depth discussion around the following aspects:the connotative development of primary school general subject teachers;the construction of curriculum system and training mode based on"returning to native soil";the path of integrating international successful experience with local practice;and the construction of monitoring and evaluation system.
