基于遗忘规律健康教育应用于住院肺癌患者中的效果分析

目的探究基于遗忘规律健康教育应用于住院肺癌患者中的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月如皋市人民医院收治的肺癌患者120例,按随机数字法分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规教育,观察组给予基于遗忘规律健康教育。对比两组患者干预10 d后自我效能、自我管理行为及负性情绪情况。结果观察组干预10天后自我效能总评分为(107.85±3.73)分,高于对照组的(83.67±4.15)分;自我管理行为总分为(97.00±4.04)分,优于对照组的(84.81±4.04)分;负性情绪SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于遗忘规律健康教育应用于住院肺癌患者中,可显著提高患者自我效能,改善患者自我管理行为,缓解患者负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on forgetting rule in hospitalized patients with lung cancer. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 120 patients with lung cancer from Rugao People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine education. And the patients in observation group were given health education based on forgetting rule. The self-efficacy, self-management behavior and negative emotions were compared between the two groups after 10 days of intervention. Results The total score of the self-efficacy of the patients in observation group(107.85±3.73) was higher than that of the control group after 10 days of intervention. The total score of the self-management behavior of the observation group(83.67±4.15) was better than that of the control group(84.81±4.04) after 10 days of intervention. The negative emotion of the observation group was less than that of the control group after 10 days of intervention. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionsThe application of forgetting rule based on health education can significantly improve the self-efficacy, self-management behaviors as well as negative emotions in patients with lung cancer, which is worthy of promotion.
