摘要
膀胱癌根治术+回肠膀胱造口术是目前治疗膀胱癌的有效方法,但该术式手术创面大,术后患者容易出现营养不良、切口愈合不良等情况,作者报道1例江苏省肿瘤医院2019年10月行腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术+回肠膀胱造口术后伴切口愈合不良患者,经多专科治疗和护理,恢复效果良好,分享成功经验。
Radical resection of bladder cancer plus bricker operation is an effective method for the treatment of bladder cancer currently. However, a large wound surface, malnutrition and poor healing of the incision may be caused by the surgery. One case with poor healing of incision who were treated with multi-specialty nursing in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital will be reported in this article.
