摘要
关于教师道德的研究一直是我国教育界的研究热点,近年来,相关研究论文也因为各类文件的出台和现实的诉求而不断增加。通过对CNKI期刊数据库文献的可视化分析发现:我国教师道德研究的关注度呈递增趋势,研究机构主要集中在师范院校,以华中师范大学和北京师范大学的研究成果为多,期刊以《教师教育研究》发文量最多;我国教师道德研究的热点主要围绕教师职业道德、教师道德、教师教育、道德教育四大主题展开;教师道德研究经历了萌芽生长、奋力推进、深入拓展和稳步发展四个阶段。未来,我国教师道德研究应关注研究主体的多向联合、确立研究的价值导向、综合运用定量和定性的研究方法、强化研究内容的聚焦。
The research on the teacher morality has always been a research hotspot in Chinese education sector.In recent years,the related papers about teacher morality have also been increasing due to the promulgation of relevant documents and realistic demands.Through the visual analysis of CNKI,it is concluded that the attention of teachers’moral research in China shows an increasing trend,and the research institutes are mainly concentrated in the normal colleges and universities.Besides,the research results of Central China Normal University and Beijing Normal University are the most,and the journal“Teacher Education Research”has the most papers published.The hotspots of teacher morality research in China mainly focus on the teacher vocational morality,teacher morality,teacher education and moral education.And the teacher morality research has gone through the germination growth stage,struggling advancement stage,deepen expansion stage and steady development stage.In the future,the teacher morality research in China should pay attention to the multi-directional union of research subjects,establish the value orientation of research,comprehensively use the quantitative and qualitative research methods,and strengthen the focus of research content.
