摘要
主要介绍了油莎豆主要成分与应用研究现状,分析其优势特性、种植栽培技术,并对油莎豆油脂特性和提油工艺等进行了探讨,最后对油莎豆综合开发利用进行了展望。
The main components and application status of Cyperus esculentus were introduced,its dominant characteristics and cultivation techniques were analyzed,and the oil characteristics and extraction technology of Cyperus esculentus were discussed.Finally,the comprehensive development and utilization of Cyperus esculentus were prospected.
