摘要 综述了羧甲基赖氨酸(CML)的检测方法,为食品中CML含量检测方法的选择提供依据。 The detection methods of N^ε-(1-Carboxymethyl)-L-lysine(CML)were summarized,in order to provide selection basis of detection methods for CML content in food.
