当代中国卫生防疫体系建设及其经验

The Construction and Experience of Health and Epidemic Prevention System in Contemporary China

当代中国卫生防疫体系是在战争、贫困和疫病的困扰下逐渐起步的。面对旧时代遗留下来的薄弱卫生工作基础,在毛泽东等老一辈党和国家领导人的部署和领导下,全国上下齐心协力,攻坚克难,初步创建了中华人民共和国卫生防疫体系。改革开放以来,中国经济快速发展的同时,卫生防疫体系逐步在完善,并且经历了从单一的卫生防疫向全面的疾病防控,再到以"人民健康为中心"的两次较为明显的演变。经过七十多年的建设,我们科学防疫精神的实践理性得到发扬,取得丰富的经验,使我们的卫生防疫体系在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中发挥实质作用。

China’s modern health and epidemic prevention system is gradually established under the perplexity of war,poverty and epidemic diseases.In the face of the weak foundation of health work left over from the old era,under the deployment and leadership of Mao Zedong and other senior leaders of the Party and state,the whole country worked together to overcome difficulties,and initially established the health and epidemic prevention system of the People’s Republic of China.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the health and epidemic prevention system has been gradually improved.China has experienced two obvious changes from single health and epidemic prevention to comprehensive disease prevention and control,and then to"people’s health as the center".After more than 70 years of construction,we have gained practical experience in the spirit of scientific epidemic prevention and gained rich experience,that make our health and epidemic prevention system playing a substantial role in the fight against COVID-19.
