混凝电催化氧化深度处理垃圾渗滤液 被引量:6

摘要 为了有效减少垃圾渗滤液对环境造成的危害,采用不同混凝电催化氧化工艺对垃圾渗滤液进行深度处理.利用单因素法分别探究了不同混凝方法、电极类型、电极间距、电流密度等影响因素对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果.采用Ti/Ru-Ir电极对垃圾渗滤液进行Ca(OH)2+PAM+FeCl3混凝预处理.结果表明,在电流密度为20 mA/cm2、电极间距为20 mm且反应时间为4 h条件下,COD、氨氮去除率较高.混凝电催化氧化工艺可以有效深度处理垃圾渗滤液. In order to effectively reduce the environmental damage caused by landfill leachate,the advanced treatment of landfill leachate was carried out by a coagulation-electrocatalytic oxidation process.The treatment effects of different coagulation methods,electrode types,electrode spacing,current density and other influencing factors on the landfill leachate were studied by a single factor method.The landfill leachate was subjected to the pre-treatment by Ca(OH)2+PAM+FeCl3 coagulation,and Ti/Ru-Ir electrode was used.The results show that under the condition of current density at 20 mA/cm2,20 mm electrode spacing and reaction time for 4 h,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are higher.The coagulation-electrocatalytic oxidation process can accomplish the advanced treatment of landfill leachate effectively.
