摘要
目的:探讨三维扰相梯度回波序列(3D-FS-SPGR)显示膝关节前外侧韧带结构的的可行性。方法:招募9例成年志愿者(A组)和10例临床不同程度膝关节旋转受限病人(B组)。采用1.5T超导型磁共振扫描系统(HDxt,GE医疗公司)和膝关节专用线圈(Quadknee)进彳亍扫描。使用3D Slicer重建出前外侧韧带较完整的冠状位图像,分别测量其长度、厚度,求其平均值。比较COR-3D-FS-SPGR序列和COR-2D-FS-T2序列对前外侧韧带的显示情况,P v 0.05被认为有统计学意义。结果膝关节前外侧韧带各部分在COR-3D-FS-SPGR序列显示情况较好,在COR-2D-FS-T2序列显示情况较差,两个序列在膝关节前外侧韧带显示率方面的差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。A组、B组两组膝关节前外侧韧带在COR-3D-FS-SPGR序列的显示情况无差异(P>0.05);A组、B组两组膝关节前外侧韧带在COR-2D-FS-T2序列的显示情况有差异(P<0.05)。结论应用3D-FS-SPGR序列应显示膝关节前外侧韧带可行,前外侧韧带各个部分显示率比COR-2D-FS-T2序列高。
Objective To explore the feasibility of three-dimensional spoiled gradient recalled echo sequence(3D-FS-SPGR)on displaying the structure of the anterior lateral ligament of the knee.Methods 9 adult volunteers(group A)and 10 patients(group B)were recruited.The 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning system(HDxt,GE Medical)and knee coil(Quadknee)were used for the scanning.A complete coronal image of the anterolateral ligament was reconstructed by 3D Slicer,and its length and thickness were measured respectively,and its average value was obtained.Compared with cor-3D-FS-SPGR sequence and COR-2D-FS-T2 sequence,P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results Cor-3D-FS-SPGR sequence showed good results in the anterior lateral ligament of the knee,but poor results in the COR-2D-FS-T2 sequence.The difierence in the display rate of the two sequences in the anterior lateral ligament of the knee was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difierence in the 3D-FS-SPGR sequence between group A and group B(P>0.05).The cor-2D-FS-T2 sequence of the anterior lateral ligament of the knee in group A and Group B was different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D-FS-SPGR sequence should be feasible to show the anterolateral ligament of the knee,and the display rate of each part of the anterolateral Egament is higher than that of the COR-2D-FS-T2 sequence.
