红细胞微粒水平与AMI冠状动脉血管病变程度的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 分析红细胞微粒(RMPs)水平与急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者冠状动脉血管病变程度的相关性。选择2016年1月至2019年12月接受急诊PCI术的AMI患者127例。检测RMPs水平,依据RMPs中位数将患者分为高RMPs组及低RMPs组,收集患者临床指标、冠状动脉病变支数及Gensini积分,分析RMPs与上述指标的关系。结果显示,D-二聚体、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及冠状动脉多支病变比例在高RMPs组显著增加,但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著降低,同时RMPs与LDL-C(r=0.413,P<0.05)及Gensini积分(r=0.359,P<0.01)呈正相关关系,与HDL-C呈负相关关系(r=-0.612,P<0.05),更重要的是RMPs是冠状动脉血管病变严重程度的独立危险因素。 To analyze the relationship between red blood cell microparticle particles(RMPs)and severity of coronary artery disease(CAD)in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.127 patients with AMI who underwent emergency PCI from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected in this study,the clinical indicators,the number of coronary artery lesions and Gensini scores of all subjects were collected,the relationship between RMPs and the clinical indicators was analyzed,and it was found that high RMPs group had higher D-dimer,LDL-C,cTnI and rate of multi-vessel disease had lower HDL-C than others.At the same time,RMPs had a positive correlation with LDL-C(r=0.413,P<0.05)and Gensini score(r=0.359,P<0.01),while a negative correlation with HDL-C(r=-0.612,P<0.05),RMPs severed as an independent risk factor for severity of CAD.
