“医养结合服务模式”在养老机构老年高血压患者管理中的应用

Application of“combination mode of medical service and pension service”in the management of elderly patients with hypertension in pension institutions

目的:探讨“医养结合服务模式”在养老机构老年高血压患者管理中应用的效果。方法:选取上海南翔镇福利院中患有高血压的老年患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组有患者60例,平均年龄(67.69±5.40)岁,其中男性42例,女性18例;对照组有患者60例,平均年龄(69.26±4.29)岁,其中男性40例,女性20例。对观察组患者采用“医养结合服务模式”服务,对对照组患者采用常规的养老管理。观察时间为1年,比较两组患者的血压变化情况、心理状态、服药依从性以及满意度。结果:两组患者干预前血压的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者的血压均有明显下降(P<0.05),但观察组患者血压下降水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);服药依从性和对服务的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“医养结合服务模式”有助于提高养老机构老年高血压患者的血压控制水平,改善其焦虑、抑郁症状,且提高服务满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of“combination mode of medical service and pension service”in the management of elderly patients with hypertension in pension institutions.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of elderly patients with hypertension in Nanxiang Community Welfare Home,Shanghai were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group;there were 60 patients in the observation group with an average age of(67.69±5.40)years,including 42 males and 18 females;there were 60 patients in the control group with an average age of(69.26±4.29)years,including 40 males and 20 females.The observation group used the service of“combination mode of medical service and pension service”,and the control group adopted the conventional pension management.The observation time was one year,and the change of blood pressure,psychological status,drug dependence and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after the intervention,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the decrease level of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the medication compliance and service satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The“combination mode of medical service and pension service”helps to improve the blood pressure control level,improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension in pension institutions,and improve service satisfaction.
