摘要
研究了甲基苯基硅橡胶的性能和在低频大变形工况下的动态特性。研究发现,甲基苯基硅橡胶具有较好的物理机械性能和耐高低温性能,是一种可以在宽温域范围内使用的密封减振材料;温度是影响其动态特性的最主要因素,在-50℃时损耗角是常温时的120%,动刚度是常温时的180%,而在150℃时损耗角是常温时的46%,动刚度是常温时的58%;应变幅值对其动态特性也有较大影响,当应变幅值从±1 mm增加到±8 mm时,损耗角降低了39%、动刚度降低了66%;此外,频率和预压缩量对其动态特性也有一定的影响。甲基苯基硅橡胶用作阻尼减振材料时,需针对实际工况从温度、频率、应变幅值和预压缩量4方面综合考虑。
The properties of methyl phenyl silicone rubber and its dynamic properties in low frequency and large deformation were studied.Results show that the methyl phenyl silicone rubber has good physical and mechanical properties and high and low temperature resistance properties,which is a type of sealing and damping material that can be used in a wide range of temperature.The temperature is the most important factor affecting the dynamic characteristics,the loss angle at-50℃is 120%of the normal temperature,the dynamic stiffness is 180%of the normal temperature,and the loss angle at 150℃is 46%of the normal temperature,and the dynamic stiffness is 58%of the normal temperature.When the strain amplitude increases from±1 mm to±8 mm,the loss angle decreases by 39%and the dynamic stiffness reduces by 66%.In addition,the frequency and the pre-compression have some influence on the dynamic characteristics of the silicone rubber.When methyl phenyl silicone rubber is used as damping materials,the temperature,frequency,strain amplitude and pre-compression should be considered comprehensively,so as to adapt to the actual working conditions.
