摘要
以非介入式材料均质机为搅拌抽真空设备,采用L 9(33)三因素三水平正交实验分析了分散工艺参数对高填充硅烷改性聚醚密封胶(MS胶)黏度的影响;研究了不同粒径碳酸钙复配及埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)对高填充MS胶性能的影响。结果表明,在公转速率为1000 r/min、自转速率为公转的80%、搅拌时间为2 min条件下制得的MS胶黏度较低;纳米碳酸钙、亚微米碳酸钙、微米碳酸钙质量比为4∶1.5∶1.5时,体系的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、拉伸剪切强度均达到最大值;HNTs对高填充MS胶有显著的增稠及增强效果,当HNTs(相对于体系总质量)质量分数为5%时,体系的拉伸剪切强度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率均达最大值,分别为1413 kPa、1866 kPa和265%。
Using a non-intrusive material homogenizer as a stirring and vacuuming device,the influence of dispersion process parameters on the viscosity of high-filled silane modified polyether sealant(MS sealant)was analyzed using L 9(33)three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment.The effects of calcium carbonate with different particle sizes and halloysite nanotubes on the properties of high-filled MS sealant were studied.The results show that the viscosity of the MS sealant prepared under the conditions of a revolution speed of 1000 r/min,a rotation speed of 80%of revolution,and a stirring time of 2 min.When the mass ratio of nano calcium carbonate,submicron calcium carbonate and micron calcium carbonate is 4∶1.5∶1.5,the tensile strength,elongation at break,and tensile shear strength of the system all reach the maximum;halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)have a significant thickening and strengthening effect on high-filled MS sealant.When the mass fraction of HNTs(relative to the total mass of the system)is 5%,the tensile shear strength,tensile strength and elongation at break of the system all reach the maximum,which are 1413 kPa and 1866 kPa and 265%respectively.
