苯基改性聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球的制备 被引量:2

摘要 以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为基本原料,苯基三甲氧基硅烷作为改性剂,通过水解-缩合工艺制得苯基改性聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球。考察了苯基三甲氧基硅烷与甲基三甲氧基硅烷的配比、改性时间、改性温度等对微球折射率的影响。结果表明:所得微球中位粒径2.136μm,粒径分布窄,微球呈球形,结构圆润、均一;微球在750℃时,残余质量分数仍能保持88%,热稳定性好;通过改变原料的配比、改性时间、改性温度,能控制微球表面接枝的苯基含量,从而实现微球折射率的可变控制,以适应不同折光领域的应用需求。 With methyltrimethoxysilane as basic material and phenyltrimethoxysilane as modifier,the phenyl-modified polymethylsilsesquioxane microspheres were prepared via hydrolysis-condensation.The effects of the ratios of trimethoxysilane and methyltrimethoxysilane,modification time and temperature on the refractive index of microspheres were investigated.The results showed that D 50 of the obtained microspheres was 2.136μm,with a narrow distribution of particle size,the spherical,round and uniform structure.The residual mass fraction of the microspheres maintained 88%at 750℃,and its thermal stability was good.By changing the ratio of raw materials,modification time and temperature,the contents of phenyl grafted on the surface of the microspheres could be controlled to realize the variable control of the refractive index of the microspheres in order to meet requirements in different refractive fields.
