新时代高校学生骨干工作质量提升之策略

On the Work Efficiency on the Part of the Backbone of College Students in the New Era: Current Situation and Countermeasures

高校学生骨干是大学生群体的中坚力量。新时代高校学生骨干面临着的主要问题是:工作角色定位存在偏差,对工作职责和岗位要求认识不明确;缺少工作探讨与细节论证,沟通协作能力有待提升;学生工作功利化,榜样引领作用不凸显;自觉和自律意识较差,公正透明意识偏低等。针对这些问题,文章提出了构建学生骨干工作核心素质体系、健全学生骨干培养机制和加强新媒体平台思想教育等策略,旨在有效发挥学生骨干在高校学生管理工作中的重要作用,进一步提升高校学生工作质量。

The backbone of college students is the core force of the student community. However, in the new era, the backbone college students have been confronted with series of problems apparently perceived as inappropriate orientation for their roles, inaccurate understanding of their job responsibilities and post requirements, inadequate analysis of their jobs and relevant details, inefficient communication and cooperation. In addition, some core students fulfill their work with obviously utilitarian tendency without giving full play to their exemplary roles among their peer group, and they lack the self-conscientiousness and the self-discipline to a certain extent,meanwhile taking little notice of the righteousness and the transparency in their work. Therefore, countermeasures are taken accordingly in the respect of constructing the key competency system for those students, strengthening the cultivation mechanism of the students and carrying out the ideological and political education via the new media.
