基于工匠精神的高职院校思政教育探析

工匠精神是职业道德、专业精神和创新追求的集中表现,是新时代的劳动价值观。高职院校思政课对工匠精神的培养,有着深刻的时代和经济背景,也是自身所承载的使命之一。培养工匠精神的目标,在于学生对技术理性和价值理性的双重探索,进而达到哲学上的思辨和实践的统一。高职院校可通过校企融合、线上线下双平台以及个性化教育等方式,把工匠精神融入思政课之中。
