摘要
工匠精神是职业道德、专业精神和创新追求的集中表现,是新时代的劳动价值观。高职院校思政课对工匠精神的培养,有着深刻的时代和经济背景,也是自身所承载的使命之一。培养工匠精神的目标,在于学生对技术理性和价值理性的双重探索,进而达到哲学上的思辨和实践的统一。高职院校可通过校企融合、线上线下双平台以及个性化教育等方式,把工匠精神融入思政课之中。
Craftsman spirit is the concentrated expression of professional ethics, professional spirit and innovation pursuit, and it is the labor value of the new era. The cultivation of craftsman spirit by ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges has a profound era and economic background, and it is also one of its missions. The ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges can integrate the craftsman spirit through school-enterprise integration, online and offline platforms, and personalized education. The goal of cultivating the spirit of craftsman is to explore both the technical rationalism and the value rationalism, so as to achieve the unity of philosophical thinking and practice.
