摘要
利用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对已嵌立在舰船飞行甲板上的弹丸爆炸过程进行数值模拟,得到了弹丸嵌入深度、靶板厚度、装药位置以及装药量对弹丸嵌立状态的影响规律,并进行了典型工况验证分析。研究结果表明:在一定条件下,当弹丸初始嵌入牢固度较好并且靶板超过一定厚度时,装药爆炸后弹丸头部仍具有嵌立状态,而其剩余的嵌立高度与装药-靶面距离有直接联系,但装药量对弹丸嵌立状态影响较小。并通过典型工况试验,验证了装药爆炸后弹丸仍具有嵌立状态的可实现性,与仿真结果吻合。
LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to simulate the projectile explosion process embedded on the flight deck of a ship,and the influence rules of projectile embedding depth,target plate thickness,charge position and charge amount on the projectile embedding state were obtained.The results show that under certain conditions,when the initial embedding firmness of the projectile is good and the target plate exceeds a certain thickness,the head of the projectile still has embedded state after the charge explosion,and the remaining embedded height is directly related to the distance between the charge and the target surface,but the amount of charge has little influence on the embedded state of the projectile.Through the typical working condition test,it is verified that the projectile still has the embedded state after charging explosion,and the simulation results are consistent.
