摘要 针对半主动油气悬架阻尼力控制分段不连续及悬架动力学性能指标难以准确求解,提出了基于粒子群算法的多系统联合仿真方法对阻尼参数优化,建立多系统联合仿真模型、悬架性能指标评价模型和阻尼优化算法模型,通过联合仿真得到了适应于不同激励的阻尼优化值。结果表明,联合仿真优化方法能够较为有效的实现半主动悬架阻尼参数优化设计。 As the fact that damping force of the semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension is a multi-section and discontinuous function and the evaluation function of the suspension performance is hard to calculate accurately through usual approaches.An optimization method of the damping parameter by exploiting the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm integrated with multi-system simulation was proposed.The multi-system co-simulation model,the evaluation function of the suspension performance and the optimization(PSO)algorithm were established.Through co-simulation,the optimized damping valves for different disturbances were calculated.The result shows that the proposed method is effective in the optimization and design of the damping parameter of the semi-active suspension.
