摘要 围绕船舶推进系统综合可靠性,基于其运行环境,阐述了船舶推进系统可靠性研究的内涵。采用船舶推进系统的功能流程图对其进行故障树划分,并采取最小割集分析方法对船舶主机的故障概率进行了计算。结果表明,FTA可以在使用时期内有效评估船用发动机的可靠性。该研究可为船舶推进系统综合可靠性设计及评估提供理论参考。 Focusing on the study of comprehensive reliability for the marine propulsion system,this study analyzed operation environments of the marine propulsion system,and expounded the comprehensive reliability research connotation.Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)was used to assess the reliability of the marine propulsion system based on the function flow diagram.According to the fault tree of the marine propulsion system,the marine engine system was taken as an example to assess its reliability by the accumulative failure probability.The result shows that FTA can assess the reliability of the marine engine system effectively within a period of time.It is believed that the knowledge gained in this study will provide the theoretical reference for research on comprehensive reliability of marine propulsion system.
