在小卫星星座大力发展的背景下,为确保太空安全运行,针对识别出来的风险因素,构建了小卫星星座碎片化风险评估指标体系,运用FAHP(模糊层次分析法)确定风险评估指标权重,再建立小卫星星座碎片化风险综合评估模型,最终得出小卫星星座碎片化评估结果。为商业小卫星星座预防碎片化问题提供了必要的模型支撑,为新兴的小卫星星座建设碎片化风险评估奠定了理论基础。

Under the background of the development of small satellite constellation,in order to ensure the safe operation of space,and aiming at the identified risk factors,the risk assessment index system of small satellite constellation fragmentation is constructed,the weight of risk assessment index was determined by FAHP,and then the comprehensive risk assessment model of small satellite constellation fragmentation was established,and the final result of small satellite constellation fragmentation assessment was obtained.It points out the direction for the next risk response planning.
