摘要
目的了解医学院校学生跨专业合作学习能力的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法2018年10月至2019年3月,便利抽样法选取上海某医学院校325名全日制在读本科生为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、跨专业合作学习评估量表(学生版)(assessment of interprofessional team collaboration in student learning scale,AITCS-ⅡStudent)、自我导向学习评定量表(self-rating scale of self-directed learning,SRSSDL)对其进行调查。结果医学院校学生的跨专业合作学习能力总均分为(4.02±0.60)分,对当前学习环境的满意程度、是否愿意与其他专业学生一起学习、平时浏览在线学习平台的频率、人际关系技能、学习行为、学习评价是医学院校学生跨专业合作学习能力的重要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论医学院校学生的跨专业合作学习能力有待提升,学校教育者可以通过培养学生的自主学习能力、积极开展跨专业教育,从而促进医学院校学生的跨专业合作学习能力,以适应社会需求。
Objective To investigate the status of interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students and its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,325 full-time undergraduate medical students at a medical university in Shanghai from October 2018 to March 2019 were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration in Student Learning Scale(AITCS-II Student)and Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning(SRSSDL).Results The mean score of interprofessional collaboration learning ability was 4.02±0.60.Satisfaction with the current learning environment,willingness to study with other students,the frequency of browsing online learning platform,interpersonal skills,learning behavior and learning evaluation were important factors influencing the interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical student(all P<0.05).Conclusions The ability of interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students needs to be improved.Medical educators can promote the interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students and meet the needs of society by cultivating students’self-directed learning ability and carrying out interprofessional education.
