基于共词聚类法国外手术患者压力性损伤研究热点分析

Co-Word Cluster Analysis for Hot Research Topics of Surgery-Related Pressure Injuries in Foreign Countries

目的分析PubMed数据库中手术患者压力性损伤(pressure injury,PI)的研究热点,了解该领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法检索PubMed 1999年2月至2019年2月期间发表的文献,使用书目共现分析系统(bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder,BICOMB 2.0)和gCLUTO图形聚类工具包(graphical clustering toolkit,gCLUTO)软件对纳入文献的主题词进行词频分析和双向聚类分析。结果共纳入文献121篇,手术患者PI的研究主要来自欧美国家,以美国、英国居多;提取的24个高频主题词聚类分析共得到6个研究热点,包括术中医疗设备相关PI的研究、手术患者PI的评估工具、心血管手术患者PI的研究、术中支撑工具的使用、围术期PI的预防、手术患者PI的影响因素。结论手术患者PI的研究日趋增多,研究方向呈现多样化,但存在地区不平衡问题。

Objective To identify hot research topics of surgery-related pressure injuries(PI)in PubMed,and understand the hotspots and trends of surgery-related PI.Methods Based on the literature published in PubMed from February 1999 to February 2019,the frequency analysis and bi-directional clustering analysis of the subject words were carried out by using the bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder(BICOMB 2.0)and graphical clustering toolkit(gCLUTO)software.Results A total of 121 articles were included and the research mainly came from European and American countries,especially the United States and Britain.A total of 6 research hotspots were obtained by clustering analysis of 24 extracted high frequency keywords,including intraoperative medical device related PI,the evaluation tool of PI for surgical patients,the research of PI for cardiovascular surgical patients,the use of intraoperative support tools,the prevention of PI during perioperative period,and the influencing factors of PI for surgical patients.Conclusions The research on PI of surgical patients is increasing gradually,and the research direction is diversified,but there are also regional imbalances.
