一例海拔4650米高原行四指离断再植术患者的护理体会

Nursing Care of Patients with Replantation of 4 Fingers at 4650 m Altitude:A Case Report

目的探讨在海拔4650 m的高原行4指离断再植术患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结某高原医院收治的1例行4指离断再植术患者的临床资料。结果患者再植4指全部成活,术后1个月随防再植手指功能优良率达100%。结论高原低氧环境会影响组织细胞代谢,加重断指的缺血、缺氧,故围术期给予针对性护理措施对断指再植是否成功非常重要。

Objective To explore the nursing care of patients with replantation of four fingers at the altitude of 4650 m.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to summarize the clinical data of a case of 4 fingers replantation in a plateau hospital.Results All 4 fingers survived replantation,the excellent and good rate of finger function was 100%one month after operation.Conclusions The hypoxia environment at high altitude will affect the metabolism of tissue and cells,and aggravate the ischemia and hypoxia of severed fingers.Therefore,it is very important to give specific nursing measures in perioperative period for the success of replantation of fingers.
