摘要
随着我国逐渐步入存量发展阶段,城市建设越来越追求精细化、高质量。高架桥下空间作为畸零空间的重要形式之一,开始受到越来越多学者的关注。目前我国对高架桥下空间的利用还处于探索阶段,国外已有较多相关实践值得借鉴和学习。文中通过查阅大量国外案例,将高架桥下空间利用按不同功能划分为开放空间、商业空间、交通辅助三种模式。通过分析总结不同模式的要点,为我国高架桥下空间利用提出建议。
As our nation gradually enters the stock development stage,refinement and high quality become the objectives within the urban construction.In this context,the space under the viaduct has attracted more and more attention as one of the important forms of leftover space.In China,the utilization of space under bridges is still at the exploration stage.According to different functions,this paper divides the schemes of space utilization under viaduct into three modes,namely,open space,commercial space,and traffic assistance,referring to a large number of foreign cases.The main points of different modes were analyzed and summed up,which may put forward some suggestions for space utilization under viaduct in China.
