摘要
对于混凝土的设计不仅仅需要考虑其力学性能,还要考虑到其长期性能与耐久性能因为混凝土的长期性、耐久性性能与建筑的安全性和服役寿命息息相关。文中分别对不同再生骨料取代率的混凝土立方体试块进行了力学性能试验,对建筑绿色再生轻骨料混凝土的抗冻融性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗碳化性能与抗硫酸盐侵蚀性进行研究。试验结果表明,HC-1再生骨料混凝土56d龄期的混凝土耐久性能较好;随着再生轻骨料取代率的增加受冻损害降低、放缓了碳化进程、抗氯离子渗透性高、侵蚀破坏速率减慢。
The long-term performance and durability of concrete refers to the ability of concrete to resist various physical and chemical erosion processes in the environment during its long-term service,which is closely related to the safety and service life of buildings.The mechanical properties of concrete cube blocks were tested with different replacement rates of recycled aggregate.The results show that the durability of recycled concrete(frost resistance,carbonization resistance,chloride ion penetration resistance,sulfate resistance)is gradually improved with the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate,which improves the durability of concrete and provides reference for practical engineering applications.
