摘要
近年来,装配式建筑已被广泛应用于建筑领域,为了研究装配式建筑的结构设计选型,文中针对某高层装配式建筑进行设计,对比分析了不同结构方案的设计结果及优缺点。研究可知,钢结构较PC混凝土结构具有生产技术成熟、施工周期短、空间布置灵活、预制率较高等优点,综合性能最佳,建议具有较高预制率要求的装配式建筑可采用钢结构体系进行结构设计。
In recent years,prefabricated construction(PC)mode is widely used in construction field.The advantages and disadvantages of different structural schemes are compared and analyzed in designing of a high-rise precast building.The results shows that the steel structure has the advantage of mature production technology,short construction period,flexible space layout,and high precast rate,compared with the PC concrete structure.With the comprehensive performance,it is suggested to use steel structure system for the precast buildings with request of high precast rate.
