摘要
文中以杭州湾册镇海底管道为研究对象,结合杭州湾真实海况,采用DNV-RP-F107规范计算方法,基于GB/T 546-1997《霍尔锚》规范选取不同船锚尺寸,研究不同船锚质量以及作业水深等对册镇海底管线的撞击变形以及安全评估。研究发现当册镇海底管道受到7800kg船锚撞击,裸露段存在失效的风险;一旦船锚撞击海底管道,其凹陷变形将超过5%;当册镇海底管道受到10500kg船锚撞击,即使埋深达到1.5m,也不足以保证管线安全,因此建议管线埋深达到2m,以避免管线发生失效破坏。
Taking Cezhen submarine pipeline in Hangzhou Bay as the research object,different anchor sizes are selected by the calculation method of DNV-RP-F107 specification and GB/T 546-1997 hall anchor specification.The safety assessment of different anchor qualities subjected to the impact deformation and operating water depth on Cezhen submarine pipeline in Hangzhou Bay are investigated.The results show that the exposed segment may experience the risk of failure when the Cezhen submarine pipeline suffers from the 7800kg anchor.Once the anchor hits the submarine pipeline,the dent deformation will exceed 5%;When Cezhen submarine pipeline is hit by the anchor of 10500kg,even if the buried depth reaches 1.5m,it is not enough to guarantee the pipeline safety.Therefore,it is recommended that the buried depth of the pipeline reaches 2m to avoid the failure and damage of the pipeline.
