富水砂质地层盾构同步注浆成分与渗流分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS OF SYNCHRONOUS GROUTING COMPOSITION AND SEEPAGE OF SHIELD IN WATER RICH SANDY STRATUM

摘要 文中利用试验手段,制作了6组不同配比的盾构同步注浆浆液,测定每组浆液7d和28d强度指标,利用相关性分析法研究组成浆液成分的各类材料与抗压强度、稠度之间的影响关系。基于多孔介质渗透理论,对隧道开挖过程中的同步注浆过程进行了数值模拟,分析了砂质地基条件下同步注浆的速度场和泥浆流线,为砂质地层盾构同步注浆压力、注浆量控制提供理论指导。 In this paper,six groups of synchronous grouting slurry with different proportion of shield machine are made by means of experiment.Then the strength indexes of each group of slurry are measured at 7 and 28 days.Furthermore,the influence relationship between various materials of slurry composition,compressive strength,and consistency is studied by correlation analysis methods.Based on the theory of porous media penetration,the synchronous grouting process in tunnel excavation is simulated,and the velocity field and mud streamline of synchronous grouting under the condition of sandy foundation are analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the control of synchronous grouting pressure and grouting amount of shield in sandy stratum.
