网络空间已成为人类的第二生存场域。党的十八大以来,习近平在尊重网络社会发展规律及其演变趋势的基础上强调指出网络社会是国家治理的新领域,网络社会治理成效关乎着实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的进程,加强网络社会治理必须统筹兼顾政治、经济、文化等不同领域。习近平关于网络社会治理的重要论述表现出了辩证性和系统性相融合、人民性和政治性相契合、法治性和技术性相结合等鲜明特色。习近平关于网络社会治理的重要论述不仅完善了我国网络社会治理的顶层设计与实践探索,具化了推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的战略部署,而且为世界各国开展对网络社会的治理贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。

The cyber space has become the second place of inhabitance for human beings. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jin-ping has emphasized that the cyber society is a new field of state governance on the basis of respecting the development law and evolution trend of the cyber society,and its effect has a direct impact on the progress of national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity. In order to strengthen governance of the cyber society,different fields must be taken into account such as politics,economy,and culture. Xi Jin-ping’s important exposition on governance of cyber society shows distinctive features such as the integration of dialectics and system,the harmony between people and politics,the combination of rule of law and technology. Xi Jin-ping’s important exposition on governance of cyber society has improved the top-level design and practical exploration of China’s cyber social governance,embodied the strategic deployment of advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,and contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese scheme to countries all over the world.
