高等师范教育见习中师范生课堂观察能力的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 教育见习是师范生课程的重要组成部分,有助于提升师范生课堂观察能力。本研究使用社会网络分析方法,对比教育见习课程前后,师范生在课堂观察视角、课堂观察要点及其关系的变化。结果发现:通过教育见习课程的学习,师范生具有更加清晰的课堂观察结构;能将理论与课堂案例相结合,更加关注师生互动和课堂独有的文化特色;对教师行为的观察在深度上有所递进,由较为表层的活动类型转移到较为深层的活动类型,实现由学生视角向教师视角的课堂观察理念的转变。 Jianxi is an important Course in normal students'curriculum system,which helps to improve their classroom observation ability.This study uses social network analysis method to compare the changes of normal students'classroom observation dimensions,classroom observation points and relationship of classroom observation points before and after the Jianxi course.The results show that after the Jianxi course,pre-service teachers have a clearer classroom observation structure;they can combine theoretical learning with classroom practice,pay more attention to the interaction between teachers and students and the unique cultural characteristics of Chinese classroom;they can analyze the teachers'behavior in depth,from the more superficial activity type to the more core activity type.The ideas of the pre-service teachers were changed from students'perspective to teachers'perspective.
