摘要 高校青年教师教学培训普遍缺乏有关教学技能方面的实践培训。微格教学是教师基本教学技能训练的科学手段之一,BOPPPS有效教学模式在课程教学设计中被广泛使用。将二者结合用于青年教师教学技能培训,兼具二者所长,可以提高培训的针对性与有效性,值得在高校青年教师教学技能培训领域推广,弥补实践训练的缺失。 Practical training related to teaching skills is usually missing in the teaching training of young teachers in colleges and universities.Micro-teaching is one of the scientific methods for training basic teaching skills,and BOPPPS teaching model is used broadly in curriculum teaching design.The combination of the two methods can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the training.It is worth promoting in the field of teaching skills training for young teachers in colleges and universities,which can make up for the lack of practical training.
