中国拥有大量的非物质文化遗产,是融传统精神血脉、合地方文化为一体的珍贵资源。在国际互联互通越来越频繁,文化融合越来越普遍的新形势下,非物质文化遗产保护工作有了新的发展局面。非物质文化遗产的发展必须坚持保护为先的基本原则,既要保护人类多元文化的可持续发展,又要加强文化对话、合作和交流,以实现多元文化共享共荣为最终目标。非物质文化遗产的保护与发展,要与我国经济、社会、政治、生态各方面紧密结合,充分发挥市场在资源配置中的重要作用,在国际文化交流合作中优化发展路径,以创新激发活力,以开放推动交流,以人才促进发展,最终实现民心相通,互利共赢。

China has a lot of intangible cultural heritage,which is a precious resource integrating traditional spiritual blood and local culture. Under the new situation of more and more frequent international interconnection and more and more common cultural integration,the protection of intangible cultural heritage has a new development. The development of intangible cultural heritage must adhere to the basic principle of protection first. It is necessary to not only protect the sustainable development of human multiculturalism,but also strengthen cultural dialogue,cooperation and exchanges,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of multi-cultural sharing and common prosperity. The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage should be closely combined with China’s economic,social,political and ecological aspects,give full play to the important role of the market in resource allocation,optimize the development path in international cultural exchanges and cooperation,stimulate vitality with innovation,promote exchanges with openness,promote development with talents,and finally realize the mutual communication between the people,mutual benefit and win-win.
