摘要
粤港澳大湾区正在推进深圳前海、广州南沙、珠海横琴等自贸区的保险市场开放,允许港资险企或外资险企的香港分公司在上述自贸区直接经营。香港保险业界对此普遍反响热烈,期待在内地市场大展拳脚。而内地保险行业则对此相对谨慎,慎重研究保险业开放带来的后果,试图避免对内地保险行业产生过度冲击。随着粤港澳三地金融加快互联互通,粤港两地保险行业的碰撞与融合难以避免。借助港资险企或外资险企的香港分公司即将在粤港澳大湾区开展直营的契机,探讨港澳台地区及外国保险公司在中国大陆的直营模式,有利于促进内地保险市场更加开放、健全,也有助于粤港澳大湾区打造世界级金融枢纽。
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area( GBA) is advancing the opening of insurance markets in Qianhai Shenzhen,Nansha Guangzhou,Hengqin Zhuhai and other free trade zones,allowing Hong Kong branches of Hong Kong-funded insurance companies or foreign-funded insurance companies to directly operate in the above-mentioned free trade zones. The Hong Kong insurance industry has generally responded enthusiastically and is looking forward to reaching an explosive growth in the mainland’s insurance market. The insurance industry in the mainland is relatively cautious about this,carefully studying the consequences of the opening of the insurance industry,and trying to avoid excessive shocks to the insurance industry in the mainland. With the accelerated interconnection of finance between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the collision and integration of the insurance industry in Guangdong and Hong Kong is inevitable. With the opportunities for Hong Kong branches of Hong Kong-funded insurance companies or foreign-funded insurance companies to launch direct operations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the discussion of the direct operation mode of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and foreign insurance companies in China's Mainland will help to promote the mainland’ s insurance market to become more open and sound,and also help the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a world-class financial hub.
