摘要
通过对苯抽提装置中间储罐呼吸排放、抽真空系统排放、停工过程排放、取样操作等过程存在的苯职业病危害分析,研究了降低作业现场苯危害的控制措施,并用历年的职业健康查体数据表明采用优化操作、完善磁力泵出入口流程、密闭取样、加强个体防护等措施可以有效降低作业过程中的苯危害,为苯抽提装置防治苯职业病危害明确了治理方向。
The benzene extraction unit has involved several processes such as respiratory emission,vacuum system emission,shutdown process emission,sampling operation and so on.Through the occupational hazard analysis of these process,the control measures to reduce the hazards of benzene in the operation site were studied.And the occupational health data over the years showed that the operation optimization,improvement of magnetic pump inlet and outlet process,closed sampling and enhanced individual protection were effective measures to reduce the benzene hazards.This study defined the treatment direction for the prevention and control of benzene occupational hazards in benzene extraction unit.
